Moving to Chicago

Hi All, I will be moving from San Francisco, CA to Chicago in November. I will have to transfer my training business. Does anyone know if I have to close my business in San Fran before I can apply to do business in Illinois? On another note, I am excited to meet new people. Will there be a FC gathering in November?
