The Three Keys to Change

| posted by Lynne d Johnson

This week, we at Fast Company have been celebrating the release of Alan Deutschman's book, Change or Die: The Three Keys to Change at Work and in Life. The book started with a very widely-read article titled, "Change or Die."

We started the week off with a blog entry from the author, that explored what can we do to improve the odds of making our New Years resolutions stick.

Then, we published an excerpt from the introduction to his book, and wrapped up our celebration with an audio conversation between senior editor David Lidsky and Deutschman about the original article and how it became a book.

Congratulations to Alan.

I read about the book here a couple of days ago, ordered it from Amazon and started reading it Wednesday. I am a chapter from finishing it. I have purchased 5 copies for friends and will write about it in my column (motivational moments) in the WS Chronicle (www.wschronicle.com) next week. I recommend it.

The "audio conversation" -- the podcast -- is something that all FC Now readers should listen to. Hope to see more!

The book is as excellent as the article. The brain fitness blog carnival highlights both http://www.sharpbrains.com/blog/2007/01/19/inaugural-edition-brain-fitne...
