Jim Bechand is the founder of Aris Graphic, a full-service creative and design printing firm based in Ronkonkoma, N.Y. As the principal, Jim Bechand oversees all production and operations. A 20-year printing and graphic arts industry vet, Jim Bechand has managed commercial printing account relationships for a wide array of Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Conde Nast, JPMorgan Chase and The Boston Beer Co.

Jim Bechand’s first job his two decades in the printing business was with Macaran Printed Products, in Cohoes, N.Y., where he sold labeling products to packaged goods companies. After two years with Macaran, Jim Bechand joined Winson Surnamer Inc., a lithography company in Long Island City, N.Y. He stayed with Winson for seven years.
In 1994, Jim Bechand founded JB Promotional Graphics. Ten years later, he started another printing company called Aris Graphics with partner Kevin Indiveri.
Affiliations In The Community
Jim Bechand has been an active member of a number of organizations in his community. These organizations include LI Legatus, a Christian CEO group created by Tom Monahan, founder of Domino’s Pizza; the Huntington Country Club, the Friars Head Golf Club and the Southampton Yacht Club.
Jim Bechand has also been generous in his charitable giving. He has contributed to such groups as East Woods School, Oyster Bay, N.Y.; Friends Academy, Locust Valley, N.Y.; Southampton Hospital, Southampton, N.Y.; Telecare, Uniondale, N.Y.; and his local YMCA.
Jim Bechand grew up in Waterford, N.Y. He attended Catholic Central High School where he played a key role in the school basketball team. Jim Bechand graduated Cum Laude from Niagara University in 1983.
