Leading Example

| posted by Heath Row

Strategies for Leadership has developed a Vision of Leadership that represents the practice in the form of a four-sided pyramid. You can manipulate the form to expose the various facets of leadership. An interesting model!

Leadership may or may not set examples. But they sail with the team, they are the friend, philosopher and guide to the whole team members. They are the catalyst. It is the successful leader's team that set examples, leader may or may not.But if it is 'may' then the effect is more and it is refelected in the work of the team.

Very nice. Took me awhile to get the corners and edges sorted out but once I did I think it's a fine model of the Face. Simple yet effective. Now if I could only find a way to direct my leaders there. lol
