Proposal: Cult of Personality
The Washington Post's Leslie Walker contends that society would be better served if people were better versed in what people developed specific technological inventions and innovations. It's a point worth making.
If it's true, per the July/August issue, that "designers are the new rock stars," what of other innovators? Might not promoting and celebrating innovation -- and innovators -- lead to more innovation?

People do not accept change very often.They do so gradually.I may cite the example of invention of mirror in China which was used to defeat enemey's army.Though things have slightly changed with time,it remains more or less same.People adopt some thing after they saw others watch.And who begins is a difficult question.I differ with the thought.
Innovations and inventions are not quickly accepted.I differ with the view.Smae is the case even with the changing times.
